We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location close to nature was simply breathtaking, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the beauty of the surroundings. The service was impeccable, with the staff being very nice and providing us with great service throughout our stay. The room was clean, simple but cute, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping.

We highly recommend this place to everyone.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of delicious options. We also appreciated the option to indulge in the Temazcal experience and massages, which were very relaxing.

The lack of heat in the rooms made for some chilly nights. the limited access to WiFi was a bit of an inconvenience.

Despite the costly price tag, there is a bizarrely appealing charm and the opportunity to disconnect at this small hotel. the attractive and quaint atmosphere and picturesque views gifted our Christmas a magical ambiance as well as the comfortable beds. Aside from this, the staff were particularly hospitable and the pool area was always kept clean.

There was no heating on offer, which led to some extremely unpleasantly shivering nights.

Despite some minor inconveniences, such as the paper thin walls and small bathrooms, the overall experience was positive. The staff was courteous and the location provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the pool area, which was a great place to unwind. The breakfast served was also delicious. I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.
